Sunday 14th February 2010: Scaffolding surrounds the church building

Scaffolding now encases South Street as repairs and alterations are made to our roof.  After many months, if not years, of negotiations with our builders it looks as if ventilation tiles are finally going to be fitted to the roof.  We are grateful for the progress that is being made on this, along side that of the sealing of the lift shaft - progress that has only been made possible through the sustained effort of members of our Church Property and Finance Committee.
