Our Girls' Brigade held their Display Evening on Friday 26th June 2009. They are coming to the end of their 101st year with about 45 girls on their books. The evening was attended by many parents and friends in The Sanctuary at South Street. Awards were distributed by our guest of honour, the captain of the Weymouth GB Company. The girls performed a variety of items concluding with some songs and dance routines from Joseph and his Amazing Technicoloured Dreamcoat - bringing back memories of the trip they had to see this show in Bristol last year. The evening concluded as our town mayor and his wife both made a much appreciated vote of thanks.
